App privacy

This page explains data processing through StoneGuard’s features. Visits to this website are covered by the website privacy information.

Controller

Dialogis Nuhi, Nedjat Nuhi, Bahnhofstrasse 5a, 5210 Windisch, Switzerland. Privacy enquiries: support@dialogis.ai.

Personal entries

The app stores entries in a local database on your device. They may include water intake, weight, activity, urine and voiding logs, stone events, supplements, lab results, notes and photos. These support your logs, views and reports. Some of this information is health data.

Optional iCloud sync

If enabled, data included in sync is synchronised through a private CloudKit database in your iCloud account. This Pro feature is enabled per device. You can disable it and delete the iCloud copy separately from local data. Device backups and exported files are separate.

Apple Health and weather

With permission, StoneGuard can write water intake to Apple Health and read body weight. With location-based temperature enabled and permission granted, the app requests local weather through Apple WeatherKit. Location features may also store a home location and a limited history locally. You can change permissions in iOS.

Purchases and Pro

Apple processes in-app purchases. RevenueCat is also used to manage purchase status, restoration and Pro access. Payment information and purchase or entitlement information are different data categories.

Usage analytics and attribution

The app uses TelemetryDeck for usage events and technical error signals, including events around Pro features and purchase flows. The app’s own event wrapper does not send entered water amounts or lab values as event parameters. Settings include a usage analytics switch. RevenueCat may also use Apple AdServices attribution to associate installations with advertising campaigns. These processes are separate from optional iCloud sync.

Export and deletion

You choose the destination or recipient of a PDF or backup export. Deleting data in the app does not automatically delete exported copies everywhere. Local data and iCloud copies are managed separately; Apple Health entries, device backups and service-provider data must also be considered separately.

Contact and rights

Contact support@dialogis.ai with questions, access or correction requests and other statutory rights. Send only the information necessary for your request. You can contact the FDPIC and, where the GDPR applies, a competent data protection authority.
