Who is StoneGuard for?
StoneGuard is for people with kidney stones who want their water intake, personal entries and food information in one place. It is a diary and information tool.
Does it replace medical advice?
No. StoneGuard does not diagnose conditions or replace treatment. Discuss your fluid intake, diet and lab results with your healthcare professional.
Where do the oxalate values come from?
The food list includes sources and labels estimates. Values refer to the stated serving and can vary by preparation and source. They are not personalised dietary advice.
What is free and what requires Pro?
Water tracking and the food list are core features. Pro adds lab results, a voiding diary, PDF reports, food alternatives, favourites and optional iCloud sync. Urine entries and supplements have limits in the free version.
Does all my data stay on my device?
Your entries are stored locally. Enabling iCloud sync or sharing a report transfers data accordingly. The app also uses services for purchases and usage analytics. See the app privacy policy for details.

StoneGuard is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later. Dynamic Island requires an iPhone with that feature.
